In the event that your apartment needs to be serviced, please submit a work order through the Resident Portal. Please be as detailed as possible to help us expedite the process.

Greenville Place Apartments is a pet-friendly community. The current pet policy is a maximum of 2 pets (must be spayed or neutered). A pet deposit of $500.00 for the 1st pet AND a pet deposit of $500.00 for the 2nd pet.
